Matchup to Watch: Week Nine – IU’s Running Game vs. Washington’s Defense

The Indiana Hoosiers improved to 7-0 with a walloping of the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Saturday. Memorial Stadium was sold out (and is now sold out for the rest of the season!) and FOX’s Big Noon crew was in the house. The table was set and then the Hoosiers feasted. The only negative was a thumb injury to starting quarterback Kurtis Rourke that will sideline him for at least one game and likely ends a budding Heisman Trophy campaign. There have been many doubts if Indiana would be able to perform against tougher teams and they made a statement today in a huge blowout against the Cornhuskers. “The Hogs” Up Front Pave the Way for IU Rushing Success

Nothing gets Big Ten football fans excited like great offensive line play. 2024 Position Preview – 'Core Four' Lead New Running Backs Room

You could look at any number of Indiana position groups heading into this season and say ‘Wow, this room looks completely different from last year.’ So is the nature of 1) having multiple poor seasons strung together, and 2) having a head coaching change as a result of the aforementioned poor seasons. But the Indiana running back room may have experienced more turnover than any other.
