Hoosier Huddle's College Football Playoff and Bowl Projections-October 27

In many ways, Saturday’s win over Washington felt like a celebration. ESPN’s College GameDay was in Bloomington and fans and former players celebrated Lee Corso and the 1979 Holiday Bowl squad. Gameday Picks Notre Dame-Clemson, And That's OK

Sure, it would have been awesome if ESPN's College Gameday had chosen to come to Bloomington. I was rooting for it to happen, but it the end sanity prevailed and Corso and Co. will head to Clemson for a top-10 matchup between the Fighting Irish and Tigers. But guess what? It's not the end of the world.  It was a pipe dream that was dashed around 11 p.m., but it is not the end of the world.
