2024 was a milestone and memorable season for the Indiana Hoosiers. Indiana made the College Football Playoff and battled Notre Dame before falling in South Bend and ending the season at 11-2. It was a school-record for wins and Curt Cignetti was honored as the National Coach of the Year. As IU begins preparations for the 2025 campaign, there is an unprecedented amount of attention on the program. Hoosier Huddle is gearing up for the spring with individual position group previews.

This was in large part thanks to the superb connection between Kurtis Rourke and Elijah Sarratt.

The Curt Cignetti era got off to a strong start as the Indiana Hoosiers got off to a 21-0 start and then shutout Florida International in the second half to comfortably win 31-7. The Hoosiers ran for 5.9 yards per carry and 234 yards on the ground and the defense was all over the Golden Panthers from the very beginning of the contest, rarely letting up. The game was not without some issues and Curt Cignetti was less than pleased with the offensive execution in the middle portion of the game.
