The Indiana Hoosiers received their first commitment of the 2026 high school recruiting cycle with offensive lineman Samuel Simpson out of River Falls, Wisconsin. 247Sports ranks Simpson as the second best player in Wisconsin this cycle. IU beat out Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa State for his services. Simpson is listed at 6’4” and 285 pounds.
