College Football Links (July 5, 2021)

Happy Monday, Hoosier fans! We hope you have had a wonderful and safe Independence Day weekend. It was a great July 4th for IU football, as they beat out Nebraska and Wisconsin to gain commitment from James Monds III. We are still waiting for a handful of players who visited last month to make their final decisions. Take a listen to our June Recruiting Update podcast for more about those guys. Don’t miss a commitment— Follow us on Facebook, Twitter @HoosierHuddle and Instagram @Hoosier_Huddle.

Hoosier Huddle’s Official Countdown to 2021 IU Football Kickoff continues to move along. There are exactly 61 days until the Hoosiers go head to head with the Hawkeyes in Iowa City to kick off the 2021 season. We have put together a first glance preview for the Iowa matchup, and each day until gameday we will feature a player on this year’s roster, and also remember the glorious times of some IU football greats.

If you have any links or stories you’d like to share please email them to TheHoosierHuddle@gmail.com. We have also included some favorite football reads for your off-season enjoyment.
