It was another incredibly busy week in recruiting as the Hoosiers extended offers to multiple members of the 2016 class and even a couple of 2017 and 2018 prospects. The majority of Indiana's new offer recepients were on the defensive side of the ball, specifically on the line and the secondary, an area of emphasis during this recruiting cycle. In our third Prospects Big Board we will take a look at wide receivers. The Hoosiers added five pass catchers in this last class and enter next season with zero scholarship seniors at the position, so it remains to be seen how many they might look to add in this upcoming cycle. Much like running back, the Hoosiers can leverage the fact that the team has been able to get players at the position in the NFL, like Denver's Cody Latimer. So which potential route-runners could decide that Bloomington is the best place for them to continue their playing careers?

It has been an incredibly busy week for Coach Wilson and his staff, racking up the frequent flyer miles as they travel all over the country identifying and evaluating talented athletes, searching for the team's next "Boom." The Hoosiers were particularly active in SEC country, extending multiple offers in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. The team did not stop there, however, offering prospects in conference opponents' backyards.

Trying to keep up with Indiana’s recruiting for football is an exhausting task, but we are going to try our best to bring the fans all the news we can post. As exhausting as writing about it is, it is nothing compared to the energy it takes to tour the country looking for future stars. Right now the Hoosier coaching staff is scattered around the country looking for prospects that want to head to Bloomington and be a part of the Hoosiers’ 2016 recruiting class. Today, they were hunting in the Peach State as they offered 3-star Arabian Mountain (Georgia) wide receiver Malick Mbodj.
