Early this morning Tony Fields earned himself an invitation to the Jaguars rookie mini-camp. Tony Fields was a beast during his tenure with the Hoosiers in Bloomington. Throughout his productive career at Indiana, Tony Fields proved he’s capable of making big plays in the passing game and stepping up to make tackles in the running game. Fields made an impact immediately for the Hoosiers. As a true freshman, he saw action in all 12 games and recorded 14 tackles. During Fields’ sophomore year he played in 13 games and recorded 19 tackles. His most memorable moment of the season was the first interception of his career. He ran it back 20 yards for a touchdown.

Indiana kicker Griffin Oakes was invited to mini-camp by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where he will have a chance to compete for a roster spot. Oakes has flashed some occasionally brilliant accuracy throughout his kicking career, although he’s most known for having a canon for a leg. Oakes joined Indiana football as a walk-on. He redshirted his first collegiate season in 2013 before bursting on the scene the following year.
