The Indiana Hoosiers offered Kokomo tight end Andrew Barker on June 15. It did not take long after that for Barker to decide exactly where he wanted to play collegiate football. The 6’4” tight end committed to head coach Curt Cignetti and the Indiana Hoosiers less than a week after the offer.

The Indiana Hoosiers continue to amass talent as Curt Cignetti builds his first full class as the head coach in Bloomington. On Thursday, the Hoosiers received a surprise flip commitment as three-star cornerback Zacharey Smith de-committed from Pittsburgh and pledged to Cignetti and the Hoosiers.

The Indiana Hoosiers class of 2025 high school recruiting class added an 11th member on Tuesday morning with the commitment of big defensive lineman Jhrevious Hall. Hall is a three-star prospect according to 247Sports and is listed at 6’2” and 270 pounds. He chose the Hoosiers over offers from Tennessee, Auburn, Ole Miss and other. Hall hails from Columbia, Tennessee and played at Columbia Central.

The Indiana Hoosiers wrapped up one of their biggest recruiting weekends of the Curt Cignetti Era. Jaylen Bell was one of the players who walked away impressed enough to commit to IU during his time in Bloomington. Bell, a former LSU commit, loved what he felt at IU.

The Indianapolis Star reported that Indiana Athletics have moved the over flow portion of the student section to the north side of the stadium to be closer to the band and DJ. This move should help create a louder atmosphere in Memorial Stadium this fall.
