It's weird down here in Bton. On Monday, all the higher priced stations were at $4.29, while the cheaper ones were at $3.99. Today the high priced stations were at $3.99 and the cheaper were at $3.89.

If voting was today think they would lose everything other than maybe Maine. (Ak, IA,, OH, TX). NC and GA are already lost. And Kansas and Nebraska would be very close. Having to send Vance to Kansas is a troubling omen. But still 2 months away, so things could change.
Hasn't the widespread tapping of the world's excess oil reserves been keeping the price lower than they would be otherwise? Now that those reserves are way way down, if this forever war continues for another year, the outlook for gas & diesel prices would seem to be pretty bleak. And "ramping up" Venezuela and other producers isn't happening soon enough.

@unclemark the difference around here is nuts. my burb and the immediate surrounding last time i went were over five bucks. drive south to a burb thirty minutes down the highway and gas is almost cheap
