If he failed to gain it, then how exactly did she commit fraud since she is a citizen (before marriage) and according to you, he didn't gain it.

It certainly does. If I recall correctly, this idea that she married her brother has been debunked, but the truth never stopped Trump from suggesting and/or pushing a conspiracy theory before.
