Bad behavior was condemned before the rallies ever took place. At least at the rally I went to, the signage everyone was greeted with in every parking lot and in pre-rally ads was crystal clear:
-no profanity is acceptable on any sign or in any chant
-no threatening behavior
-no booze, no drugs, no weed, no weapons
-no engaging with any counter-protestors
-no blocking streets or even blocking sidewalks
-full cooperation with all law enforcement

My wife wanted to go to our local No Kings protest (she is much more left leaning than I am), so I went with her. I mostly went with her to be a bodyguard more than anything, but I was curious to see the demographics of the attendees.
My observations:
1) Not alot of what most on the right here would consider "freaks". In fact, the average age of the participants was actually significantly higher than I expected. If I had to guess at the average age, I'd put it at about 50. Number of kids under twenty I could count on two hands.
2) For our town of about 40,000 people, there was probably about 400 in attendance, so 1%. It's a fairly 50/50 split town politically (kinda on the border of Columbus, OH outskirts, so half suburb, half farm area).
3) The more surprising thing to me was the amount of support from passing cars. This protest was on the sidewalk of the main street through town, so consistent traffic (50 cars a minute going by). There was a steady stream of cars honking their horns in support (and yes, support, cars that were honking were often accompanied by fist pumping, thumbs-up, etc.). I'd say it was about 10 to 20% of cars going by were honking in support. Probably over 1000 cars over the course of the time I was there. Also lots of people in passenger seats that were recording as they drove by.
4) Only saw two cars with (I assume to be) Trump supporters giving the bird. There were also two pick-up trucks of Trump supporters with the Trump flag streaming off the back that were driving up and down the road. Outside of them revving their engines to be annoying, no verbal sparring and the crowd did not respond with anything either (no booing, middle fingers, etc.)
5) There were two army vets there I overheard. Something along the lines of "I have no love for the democrats, but this is getting out of hand and he needs to be put in check."
6) Most of the signs were fairly basic. Probably the best one I saw was a picture of Beaker from the Muppets with the caption "This is the only orange haired weirdo that I trust to teach me about science."
7) Wife also wanted to go and do early voting that day, so we stopped by City Hall afterward so she could vote (which of note is actually much further East, into a much more conservative area). While there, she overheard an older lady who was also there to vote and the lady asked if she could change her primary vote to Democrat (and noted it was the first time in her life doing so). Sure, just a small anecdotal evidence item, but if you start losing the farmers in Ohio, that does not bode well for Republicans next year.

They don't give a shit about anyone but themselves and the polling has reflected that for decades. They're insane and none of them has a clue what they are even protesting.
Rubio should be higher. Very smart. State Dept is very high functioning amidst the sea of chaos elsewhere.A better protest would be no queens!!! No Walz’s. No Harris’. No AOC’s. No socialists. No wokees. If lefties devoted their time to that they might bring normal men back and have a chance. Protesting Trump is pissing in their panties. Total waste.
