As far as taking a politician out of a race for saying vile things, it’s very hard to do. No one took Trump out in 2016 when he said things that would have ruined the political careers of other politicians.

I wasn't sure what this was in reference to, but I saw her quotes. Her daugthers are young and still at that age where teams can be co-ed. Both my kids played in a rec league where several of the teams were co-ed.

I saw no signs whatsoever expressing any support whatsoever for any member of the Democratic party. It was a Patriotic event. I guess there was a funny sign saying "I miss Obama" but other than that, no hints of even being a far-left progressive.
