Since someone necro'd this thread, anyone else shocked that Starmer is somehow still hanging in there?
I love the idea of a Falklands part 2.

I propose we support the Argentines this go around.
Gesundheit.Nazi.sorry, should have been more precise. 3% are citizens, meaning they can vote. Far left whites combined with unhealthy levels of guilt and empathy are the main factors.@jdb Muslims are only 3% of the pop in Denmark though. it's still mostly white far leftists tipping the scales.
As of a few years ago, it was 5.1% (U.S. State Dept) and that is seems likely to be low given the amount of refugees flooding the EU.
You don't want me running around Hamilton country like a free range chicken.
Farm animals are now shaking in fear ...

Today's election in Manchester could signal the end of the Starmer government if things go poorly for Labour. Which it looks like they are.
Now why would Starmer not be extremely popular?

Yeah, that's not why. If anything, the current Labour government is being lambasted by the left for being so restrictive on migrants. That's why he picked Shabana Mahmood as Home Secretary, and that's why she was heckled by a white liberal for "out-Reforming Reform." I can totally understand why you wouldn't understand any of this, because scary dark foreigners are such a major part of your personal identity, that you can't imagine people care about anything else, but Starmer is unpopular for the same reason Republicans here are unpopular: he promised to do something about the cost of living crisis, and so far he's failed.
Kier is done. There's no way he can fight off Andy.

As expected, Labour is getting demolished in early returns.
Nothing reportable from Scotland or Wales yet.

I get that you want to put this solely on the economy but you and I know it's much deeper than that. That his hand picked Home Sec was lambasted for "out-Reforming Reform" by a white liberal is of little surprise to me (for obvious white liberal reasons), but still isn't indicative of where the discontent actually lay. What helps tell the whole story isn't just that Labour lost 148 council seats leaving them with 68, but that Reform gained 206 council seats.
This wasn't just an indictment or even a wholesale rejection of Starmer and Labour, this was more...much more.
