During Coach Wilson's tenure at Indiana, he and his staff have had a considerable amount of success recruiting SEC country, especially the states of Florida and Georgia. However, for all the inroads they have made down south, they had yet to add a high school player from Alabama. Well this looks to change in the 2016 class, as Alabama running back Tyus Flakes announced via Twitter this evening that he had committed to Indiana.

It has been an incredibly busy week for Coach Wilson and his staff, racking up the frequent flyer miles as they travel all over the country identifying and evaluating talented athletes, searching for the team's next "Boom." The Hoosiers were particularly active in SEC country, extending multiple offers in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
