It has been an incredibly busy week for Coach Wilson and his staff, racking up the frequent flyer miles as they travel all over the country identifying and evaluating talented athletes, searching for the team's next "Boom." The Hoosiers were particularly active in SEC country, extending multiple offers in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. The team did not stop there, however, offering prospects in conference opponents' backyards.

This last week has been a busy one for recruiting, especially at the quarterback position. Two IU targets, Avon's Brandon Peters and North Carolina's Austin Kendall committed elsewhere this week. The Hoosiers also extended an offer to a dual threat quarterback from the Sooner State, Terry Wilson. Even before taking a carry beneath the Friday Night Lights, Brownsburg’s Toks Akinribade had already emerged as a target on the Hoosiers’ recruiting radar.
