With the early signing period just over two months away, it’s time to take a look at who has committed to play football for Indiana so far. Tom Allen set the bar high with the highest-ranked recruiting class in IU football history in 2019. Tom Allen and the Indiana Hoosier football program scored a major recruiting win on Monday afternoon as Rashawn Williams, a four-star wide receiver from Michigan, announced he was committing to the Hoosiers. Williams is ranked as the 166th best prospect in the nation (#3 in Michigan) by 247Sports Composite rankings as well as the 33rd best receiver. He holds 26 offers, but had narrowed his decision to IU, Purdue, Cincinnati, Syracuse and West Virginia in a post on Twitter Sunday night.
