The College Football ‘Talking Season’ is here and Big Ten Media Days is just a couple weeks away. The Indiana Hoosiers announced the three player representatives who will join head coach Curt Cignetti in Indianapolis on July 25th.

The three players heading to Indianapolis are offensive lineman Mike Katic, running back Justice Ellison and linebacker Aiden Fisher.

Katic is entering his sixth year in Bloomington and is the only player going to Media Days that was with the Hoosiers in 20233. Katic has played in 39 career games and is penciled in to be the team’s starting center this season.

Ellison started to emerge as a leader in the locker room during spring practice, which is impressive for a player who just transferred in from Wake Forest. Ellison was productive with the Demon Deacons as he played in 43 games and has 16 career touchdowns to his name.

The lone defensive representative is Aiden Fisher who follwed Curt Cignetti from James Madison. The junior linebacker stepped up to be the voice of the IU defense in the spring. He has played in 23 games and started 11 in his first two seasons at JMU. He made 108 tackles in 2023.

The Hoosiers will appear on the final day of availability at Lucas Oil Stadium on Thursday, July 25th.
