Vinny Fiacable is someone that we’ve had our eye on for a while. Out of Bishop Dwenger HS, Fiacable has been close to the Hoosiers his whole life. The 6’4, 300 pound guard is a great example of an athletic body that can really get out ahead of the play and make some impactful blocks downfield. Fiacable will come into an already decently deep offensive line, but there’s always room in the OL squad to make your way in. 

When he gets some good minutes for the Hoosiers, look for a really athletic playmaker out of Fiacable. He’s a great playmaker and loves to throw his body in the mix to make some blocks. Fiacable, the next in a long list of family that’s been or currently is involved with the IU football program, spoke with Hoosier Huddle after he announced his commitment. “From the beginning, IU has always been honest with me about where I stand with them recruiting wise. They said that they love taking in-state guys and I with that because it means so much more to represent your state and play for them. They really like the work I have been putting in this offseason and like the way I have developed as a player,” the junior said.
