The Hoosier Huddle countdown to kickoff continues! For the 100 days leading up to kickoff, we at Hoosier Huddle will feature every player from the 2024 roster in anticipation of Indiana’s first game of the season against Florida International University. Today, we will highlight a player entering his fourth season with the Hoosiers, Vincent Fiacable.

Weight:  313 Pounds

Position: Offensive Line

After Steve Fiacable played along the offensive line for the Hoosiers in 1988 through 1991, his sons – Steve, Mike, and now Vinny – have followed suit and donned the cream and crimson. Vinny was a three-star recruit ranked the 10th best prospect in the state of Indiana coming out of Bishop Dwenger High School.

At Indiana, Fiacable is still looking for his footing to find his way onto the field for significant playing time. Through his first three seasons, he has appeared in three games – primarily in mop-up duty or on special teams. The hope is to one day be able to play along the interior of the offensive line, but for now he will continue to learn and develop under Bob Bostad.
