the majority of Dems aren't against voter IDs. What we are against is the country being railroaded into some half baked project 2025 scheme to disenfranchise a shit load of people.@ohio-guy you think we’re catching every single illegal vote?
why are Dems against voter id etc?
If the sane and reasonable arm of the GOP, if that exist anymore, would put together a bill that was well thought out, has some compromise for the left(voter ID are free and election Day being made a national holiday), easy and clear to implement, and doesn't infringe on anyone's rights then people would listen. But "fuck.you guys. It's my way or the highway and you hate America" isn't going to cut it.

what is the problem with what republicans want? it's set forth in the attached
I don’t remember saying there was any reason to be opposed to IDs. I thought I agreed with you that that was a legitimate argument. but I’m not gonna go back and look because I’m too close to death to waste minutes on petty arguments or repeating myself.
Trump is creating chaos, wreaking havoc and swinging his wrecking ball and that's the way, uh-huh, uh-huh, he likes it.
POS? Uh-huh, uh-huh.
Ohio election officials warn against Trump’s mail-in ballot changes • Ohio Capital Journal
The biggest barrier to safe and secure elections in the United States is federalism. Even the notion of required IDs is as reliable as Swiss cheese, considering those are state IDs.
I don’t remember ever voting in person in Indiana without having to show some ID when I first walked in to the precinct. When I moved to Florida and I wanted a Florida drivers license, they demanded my Indiana drivers license and perforated it. In Florida, I have only voted online. But in that case, I’m mailed my ballot. I have to be legally registered to vote and they send me my ballot.
, I’m mailed my ballot. I have to be legally registered to vote and they send me my ballot.
So I don’t see how ID cards is any sort of an issue. The only issue I see is from state to state people somehow availing themselves of the ability to vote in both states.

You keep saying this, but in truth, people voted for Harris in 2020 knowing that if Biden got a bad piece of fish stuck in his gullet that took him out, she would take over. Biden was the nominee in 2024, he dropped out, Harris was next in line. It's not some big conspiracy and the people that voted for Biden feel betrayed by being forced to vote for Harris. She was always known to be the next option.

There are 20+ states that require at least a photo ID to vote. Are there any studies that show they're being disenfranchised? And no subjective b#llshit data about people's feelings.
@squeakyclean LMFAO how many articles do want saying otherwise? a hundred?
or do you want entire books written on it?

@larsiu the delay that attends posting is getting out of hand. Can you explore what’s causing and report back. Thank you.
@squeakyclean i'll give you more in truth. the woman never received a vote. so how on earth could people have "expected" her. she fckd her way into calif politics with downtown willie brown. hence heels up. then she got slaughtered in the primary but woke joe needed a dei pick so he chose her. then she was anointed to run for president. the only time she was up for vote people said NO!
