On a side note, am I the only person here that will feed into wrong number texts? It's one of my favorite things to do when I get them, have a full blown conversation until I tell them I'm not who they think I am.
Weirdly, I've received texts over the years with 'offers' to buy my parents' house (my dad and I have the same name). I've also received offers to buy my ex-father-in-law's house, which seems really weird.
That said, I answer both the same way. I tell them that I'm glad they reached out and how much the house means to me. I usually make something up about how special Flag Day in 2010 was in the house. Despite that, I'll still have the memories. And I've thought about this long and hard and I'd like to take you up on your offer, but the bidding starts at $10 million.

I've always said any candidate who runs on blocking and banning spam texts and calls would win in a landslide, regardless of their other political views.

This is just gross, all the way around. Just because the FEC found no grounds for further investigation doesn't mean there wasn't ethical turpitude that should make everyone's skin crawl. It's disturbing that anyone should be allowed to steal campaign money to self-enhance, to say the least. But even if there were no legal violation, the media should have thrown her under the bus. It just couldn't, though, could it?
