That’s total bullshit. It doesn’t matter if they were stupid enough to believe the results were wrong, patriots do not assault the Capitol and police and try to disrupt certification of the election. It’s thuggish stupidity, not patriotism. Protesting and demonstrating would have been fine, a riot is not. They were showing love and devotion to Trump maybe, but not the country. Of course you won’t answer, but I will, & I’ll use the Merriam Webster definition - love for or devotion to one's country Are you going to tell me that if you think someone is taking away your democracy you’re not going to act? It doesn’t matter if you agree with their actions, if they’re doing it because they love their country, it’s an act of patriotism.

There’s little to nothing to compare between J6 and the American Revolution. There was a very long lead up to the Revolution and real grievances, not imagined ones.

@aloha-hoosier Having the whole interior of the Georgia house painted. Only Fernando, the crew (six total painters) leader, speaks passable English. Now, I imagine there will be a similar occurrence as a tree fell on the roof of our house in Cincinnati. I had to return a few days later, after our agent worked out the details for the tree removal and tarping. (An invoice of $25,411.32 for the tree removal has me feeling a little homicidal.) Structural engineer coming tomorrow to determine the damage so roofers can bid. If the experience of the divorcing couple down the street who had their roof replaced three days ago is representative we’ll have another Mexican extravaganza and fiesta going on while the work is done. Communication will be problematic.
I’m hopeful that everybody is legal but I wouldn’t be surprised if fewer than 50% meet that standard.
At least they won’t be driving semis, making illegal turns and killing people on the highways . . . .

These companies prey on nice neighborhoods because of the assumption that the people living there are wealthy and have top of the line insurance. As you said….it is the reason deductibles are so high.
It sucks Univee and trying to take care of it while 3 states away would make it that more brutal
