When my mom was practicing she loved the drug reps she had call on her, nearly all attractive young women she would treat as younger colleagues. They'd pitch her on their latest offerings and she would strongarm them for all the samples they would give her (she used these for her indigent patients). Once that business was done they'd kick back and have cocktails.
