The reality is that Biden's Afghanistan withdrawal is almost certainly what pushed Putin over the edge wrt invading Ukraine. A massive demonstration of American ineptitude and cravenness.

Actually he has done quite a lot. Just as with Iran, I think he misunderstood the motives of the protagonists. Trump offered economic incentives, they aren’t motivated by that.
