The requirements for reporting side effects kill whatever mood they are trying to set. Once I hear "May cause bleeding from either the genitals or the anus, both can be fatal," I don't want to hear what disease you think it cures. I don't care. I'm not taking it.

My favorite is the one that can cause death from an infected taint.  WTF??

AKA necrotizing fasciitis of the perineum

Hope is not optimism, which expects things to turn out well, but something rooted in the conviction that there is good worth working for. - Seamus Heaney, Irish poet and likely Hoosier basketball fan.

Remember the classic SNL skit, Happy Fun Ball?

Do not take Rinvoq if you are allergic to Rinvoq.

Really? Huh, never made the connection.

Is it really just so people bug their doctors? If so, the only reason it continues is because it works. Shirley, the doctors wouldn’t have financial incentives to push a drug right?

It’s all about what the drug rep looks like…or it used to be. With the demographic change in practitioners it is more difficult to thread that needle

Not gonna lie...  after taking a 20 MG gummy after a long day, those commercials are damn near mini films.  So many twists and turns...

They’re purchasing favorable coverage from the networks they advertise on. Not so much advertising to consumers.

The network 'news' has and continues to run cover for the criminals who are wringing $Billions out of the taxpayers through Big Pharma...

It's Quid Pro Quo...

That anyone watches the so-called content is irrelevant.

The most important message:

Can be taken with your psych meds.

Drug reps also feed doctors and try to butter them up too to push drugs.

Maybe if so much money wasn't spent on promoting drugs, it wouldn't be so expensive.

Personally I don't understand why drug companies are allowed to do commercials at all.  It should be the doctors that determine what is appropriate (without being bribed by drug reps as well)

Which med are you talking about in relation to another treatment?
