The pet peeve being as a country what did we learn, having been through the Covid epidemic, about dealing with a biological outbreak.
Ask this because in my opinion protecting ourselves against biological warfare by an enemy is just as important as protection against a nuclear attack. In fact, as a threat, it has long been my opinion that a biological attack is more likely.
After 9/11 we had a commission deal with the causes behind the terrorist attack and what could be done in the future to protect ourselves. After Covid we had no commission and are still divided on how we deal with a biological outbreak.
