I don't understand the desire to actively menace society from these kids. Why stomp in someone's windshield and gather in a street to shut down trafffic and assault people?
I think of the dumb shit I got into as a teen and it was cops breaking up a house party or sneaking four lokos into football games.
There is a sadism and violent disregard for others in these kids behaivor that doesn't fit within the normal bounds of "dumb kids being dumb kids".
