As a Reds fan, I don't like the division rival Brewers. But as an OLD Reds fan, I dislike the former rival (70s/80s/90s) Dodgers even more. Plus a small market winning would be cool

The Rays, Guardians, and Brewers being this deep in the playoffs sort of destroys the cap argument. MLB needs a floor more than a cap.As a life long Dodger fan it pains me to say but this season is over. Too many injuries and not enough gas left this season. But! When healthy, they still have the best roster in baseball(and it's not really close), they spend the smartest, AND have arguably the best farm system in all the league. They will be fine and back in the hunt next year. The dynasty isn't over. It's just taking a sabbatical.

There's a wild conspiracy theory on social media that the Dodgers are intentionally losing to the Brewers to bolster the argument that, hey, MLB doesn't need a hard salary cap; there's already parity.
Salary cap is a big issue in the CBA negotiations.

Being a Reds fan, don't really care for the Brewers. Not really a dodger but grew to like them during the Mattingly time. Being from Evansville, Donnie baseball is god. I like a lot of their players like Ohtani, Betts. will smith. Don't like they have a billion dollar payroll or whatever it is. That is wrong. Dodger stadium is awesome. I took out a loan and bought a Dodger dog last time I was there. .
The Brewer are really good. Guess it finally their year. 103 wins and the stars seem aligned. Front Row Amy deserves some World series time. Didn't they make a bobble doll of her. Still they ruined he opportunity for a dodger padre series which has been quite entertaining over the years.
