Only the best people! Noem, Bondi, Chavez-DeRemer.
They aren't even the 3 worst, who would perhaps be Patel, Hegseth, and RFK Jr.
About the only top administration official I have any respect for is Marco Rubio.
Lutnick: lying dirtbag. Bessent: weasel. RFK Jr.: nutcase. The list goes on . . .
@big-ryan for what it’s worth, you can see people in Trump’s orbit already turning on him.
Here’s Tucker Carlson apologizing for helping to get Trump elected.
I think there are sycophants in the current administration that will go down with the ship, but I think some of them will try to salvage their political/professional careers. I think Vance will be the first domino to fall, but guys like Hegseth and Patel will sound an awful lot like Carlson within the next year or so.
@ohio-guy I agree with much of this. I think some of these people, who were once among his harshest critics, will come full circle at some point. With respect to Vance, who is extremely ambitious, here's what I think will happen. After the midterms, which will be disastrous for the GOP, Trump will be increasingly seen as the lame duck that he is, and a drag on the party going into '28. I think there will be a 25th Amendment push, spearheaded by some influential Republicans, in an effort to get Vance into the Oval well in advance of the presidential nominating process and the '28 election. I think, strategically, that would be a good move for the party.@big-ryan for what it’s worth, you can see people in Trump’s orbit already turning on him.

I agree with this. I think what you've written is more plausible than Vance leading the charge. He'll gladly reap the benefits, but I think the Republicans probably would give him a platform where he can talk about it being challenging times, Trump did some good for the country, but he'd like to pick up the baton and lead the country moving forward.
Pam Bondi first (over due) and now the Labor Secretary. How did she get confirmed? https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/us--trump-chavez-deremer-212232076.html?.tsrc=1340&ncid=crm_-1285232-20260420-801--A✅

Actually, I'm gonna pass. I KNOW I KNOW. But that makeup is doing a lot of work.
They could declare Potus unfit and replace him with the VP but if POTUS says he is fit, you still require 2/3 of both parts of Congress.there will be a 25th Amendment push, spearheaded by some influential Republicans, in an effort to get Vance into the Oval well in advance of the presidential nominating process and the '28 election. The ultimate irony would be if Democrats cast the deciding votes to keep Trump is Potus to counter your proposition of bolstering the Republican Party.
With these firings, is Trump setting up some cover for criticism during the midterms?
"We haven't been perfect, but we've been close... a few people were not doing their jobs, but we have fixed all that, now"
"You can't make someone listen to reason if they aren't willing to think"-- Ray Bradbury, Fahrenheit 451
Trump knows exactly what he’s doing. He bought a bus big enough to throw everyone under.
Under as in the whole world.

You've been eating Dreamsicles, haven't you. They couldn't impeach him after J6; nothing will root the guy out short of invading Canada or trying to nuke Tehran.

A good friend will bail you out of jail, but your best friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying "that was f***ing awesome"

Impeachment is a waste of time.
If November is a trainwreck for the GOP (and that is likely), Trump will lose his grip on the party. Republican leadership will become increasingly focused on the post-Trump era. So it won't be a case of "they" not being able to do anything. I think there will be bipartisan support for invoking the 25th Amendment.
Remember, too, he's turning 80 in June. The batshit-crazy conduct and speech are only going to get worse. Also, his no-exercise, fast-food lifestyle is likely to catch up with him and manifest in deteriorating physical condition.
Clips of him now versus just three or four years ago are startling. He's already in a decline.
2027 is going to be a year of big change, I think.
Another one bites the dust.
This woman in labor stepped down during an internal probe. (That would make for a great headline).
Who's next. Patel? Hegseth? The guy who cut off the dick of a dead raccoon "for later study?"
What a crew. Only the best and the brightest.
Kash Patel is fully expecting to be fired. He thought he was fired when he was having trouble logging into his work account. If the reports that his drinking is out of control are true, he most definitely should be fired immediately.
He'll be out soon. Has nothing to do with his drinking though.
To say nothing of how a presidency ages EVERY president. The Iran War is going to take a massive toll on his body, mind and soul…well, well his only saving Grace is that he has no soul
