Because she can’t travel with her passport identifying her as a male. She didn’t care until it impacted her. Of course she asked her good friend, DOnnie for help, who so far is ignoring her. If that’s not textbook FAFO I don’t know what is.
How about traveling to Russia? In the Cyrillic alphabet an M is a T. Jenner can say that stands for Transgender. Putin will welcome Jenner with open arms.Because she can’t travel with her passport identifying her as a male. She didn’t care until it impacted her. This raises a question. If Jenner went so far as to have her birth certificate modified, on what basis does State determine that her "sex assigned at birth" is actually male, not female? Just because someone in the office recognized the name? I feel like the feds need to have a very detailed SOP for going through this kind of thing, and I doubt "Yeah, but we all know who that is" wouldn't be part of it.
@zeke4ahs She shouldn't be able to travel internationally because she was responsible for killing someone in a car crash. The woman she killed was a donor at my previous employer and I remember following this a bit. She probably should have been found guilty of vehicular homicide, but ended up settling.

Why would that have any bearing on her ability to travel? No charges were filed, and obviously there was no conviction.

Hold the fvck up - on what grounds should you be allowed to modify your birth certificate? Some things are purposely supposed to remain static. If you want to pretend to be something other than what you were at birth, that's fine. But, you don't get to claim you were born as a female if you had male anatomy.

You had a unique perspective of the woman killed, but to be clear, you are claiming that Jenner intended to kill her or was grossly negligent?

I'm saying she should have been charged with a felony.

Grossly negligent.

But she wasn't. So that's totally irrelevant to her being allowed to travel internationally.
I think Jenner is making a mountain out of a molehill. There's nothing stopping her from traveling internationally. She's worried about being stopped by security as her appearance doesn't match her passport. Three things.
1. She's giving herself too much credit, we can all still tell you're a man
2. This would result in a nuisance security stoppage and not eviction from the country.
3. Fly private
You can take the man out of the North Shore, but you can't take the North Shore out of the man.3. Fly private

You can travel but you can’t hide.

Who’s the she everyone is referencing?

Grossly negligent.
It sounds like the prosecutors couldn't prove that was the case. I'll defer to the lawyers, but I believe it's a fairly high bar to prove gross negligence, given she (was she Bruce still then?) was found not to have been intoxicated or doing anything other than driving too fast.
