Naive isn't one of my characteristics. Besides, what the hell do you think you're responding to? You should quote what you're intending to respond to so I don't have to guess.
Since I can only guess, I don't like California's voting system and think it should be changed but that's a far cry from baselessly claiming massive voter fraud like our President is doing.
In 2018, 60% of all Cali ballots were mailed.@bar-down The current system is a byproduct of Covid and it's a horrible system. They don't do anything to clean up the rolls and there's all those ballots being sent to people at addresses that aren't theirs. Ballot harvesting is another issue. More reasons why I'm glad I don't live there.
And then in 2020 they mailed ballots and it jumped to over 80% and went over 90% one year. It's not fallen below 80% since. In 2021 Newsom signed a bill making the mailing of ballots to registered voters permanent. The current system where they mail ballots to every registered voter is 100% a byproduct of Covid.

Hope is not optimism, which expects things to turn out well, but something rooted in the conviction that there is good worth working for. - Seamus Heaney, Irish poet and likely Hoosier basketball fan.

Setting up voter fraud with lackadaisical election requirements is not at all a far cry from actual fraud. Leaving your fancy car unlocked in a bad part of town with a Rolex on the seat is not a far cry from theft.
As the Republican candidate for Governor said, there is no evidence of voter fraud. Claiming there is voter fraud without evidence is the definition of a baseless claim. The President should stop doing it. We know he has simple minded loyalists who believe his lies.a far cry from baselessly claiming massive voter fraud like our President is doing.

I’d like to see California’s voting laws changed for sure, but there remains no evidence that there’s any significant fraud occurring. Besides, does anyone here honestly think the Republican had any chance to win either race? Does anyone honestly think that the Democrats need to commit fraud to win either race? The only honest answer to both questions is no.
I don’t own a Rolex. 😉

you’ll never convince me there is no voter fraud just cuz nobody has discovered it.
like government financial fraud, the only question is how much.
You actually think there are fraudulent votes numbering in the thousands and thousands and that they’re doing this because these Republicans candidates are threats to win? Do you? You can’t convince a jury a crime was committed without evidence, right? Isn’t voter fraud a felony? Who’s risking committing this crime thousands of times for a race they can’t possibly lose?you’ll never convince me there is no voter fraud just cuz nobody has discovered it.

@aloha-hoosier ha. You’ve never practiced law. Only then do you understand just how stupid people are

I never had to prove citizenship when I first registered and voted at age 17, just my age. Did you?

There was a policeman parked in front of my office for an hour today. He didn’t pull anyone over, therefore no one was speeding all day…
Despite the rampant Democratic voter fraud, Hilton advanced to the general for Governor. I hope he wins because California needs a political enema, but I wouldn’t bet a lot of money on him. His chances are slim at best. Go Hilton!

Are they done counting votes?
Per the article, it's statistically done based on counted votes. I think this is supposed to be the last day to count any mail-in votes regardless of when they were postmarked.Despite the rampant Democratic voter fraud, Hilton advanced to the general for Governor. Most of what happens in California is legal election rigging—as I said elsewhere. Fraud is made easier by the system. Do you really believe the steadfast opposition to more voter security is to stop voter oppression?
