@hoosiers94 The Portal thread is pretty easy to just find another thread to complain on. It’s really not that hard.
It’s not that difficult to add to the topic conversation or find a thread that’s relevant to what you have to say.
Look, I covered football since 2013. I get department mismanagement and have been very vocal about it, the same stuff doesn’t need to be said on every single thread. Hence the creation of this thread.

Each topic has its own points to be made and some certainly may intertwine but it doesn’t make comments incriminating IU any less valid or uninteresting as the same mindless positivity comments where there is clearly absolute failure.....UNLESS you yourself simply disagree. Then in that case, its trying to silence opposing positions.
You can state they are repeated claims but from my perspective, its the same annoying comments repeated over and over pretending the situation isn't on fire and there's nothing to see here as well. Opinions on whats annoying/repetitive is based purely on one's own personal perspective of the situation.

it's your business you're free to do as you wish ... but this in concept is an open forum of discussion which you want to basically censor on this thread. Maybe you should lock the thread so only you and TJ can post info on it ? Otherwise you've just controlled the conversation and alienated a faction of your subscribers... now maybe we alienate others but that street goes both ways as yothn stated. I can oblige your request ... but others may not.. and honestly for me sometimes I leave the site and then come back and see comments. I don't look to see what thread I'm on before I retort. I just get in the conversation , which I think is what this business model wants , is engagement .. there's nothing that egregious going on But if that's how you want to run it ...

@hoosiers94 I am trying to keep that particular thread on topic. That's all. I am not saying it hurts recruiting or that recruits see it and these comments are why IU has been disappointing. I am trying to make the access to information a little more enjoyable and streamlined. If you have complaints about the portal specifically and how each coach handled it, that's fine, I just think the other complaints (CDD's personality, Dolson's hiring ability etc.) can live on it's on thread. It's not censuring, it's organizing things.
Not hiring Dusty was the worst blunder this program has made in the last twenty five years, and there have been plenty of blunders. Good God. I wonder if Dolson and Buckner feel ashamed.
Why would Buckner be ashamed? He and his buddies made a ton of money on that grift. He doesn't follow college basketball and probably has no idea what Michigan is doing.
