Running Back Morgan Ellison Suspended Indefinitely From Football Activities

Indiana sophomore running back Morgan Ellison has been suspended indefinitely from all football activities according to a release from Indiana University Athletics on Friday afternoon. Ellison played in 11 games as a true freshman in 2017 and was Indiana's leading rusher with 704 yards and six touchdowns. Ellison was primed to be a major contributor for the Hoosiers in 2018.
In the same release, IU announced that linebacker Mo Burnam, a redshirt freshman, has been suspended for the opener against Florida International. Burnam has not appeared in a game.
