Tim Weaver, 6’5”, 285 pounds, Hellertown, PA (Saucon Valley.), Safety, 247Sports Composite Ranking H.S.: 3-star (83.15)

The offensive line was a priority for the Hoosiers ahead National Signing Day. Tim Weaver has been classified as a late bloomer and committed to the Hoosiers on February 2nd after taking an official visit on January 25th.

Weaver only had three Power Five offers (Indiana, Rutgers and Syracuse) but was impressive on tape. He is a very athletic lineman who will likely move inside to guard after playing tackle in high school. He was dominant in pass blocking. While his level of competition may be unknown in his highlight tape, Weaver has a good set of skill which can be developed, He earned Class AAAA All-State honors. It will be up to Indiana offensive line coach Darren Hiller to take this ball of clay and mold it into a Big Ten guard.
