Hoosiers Pad Wide Receiver Room with Fordham Transfer DeQuece Carter

The Indiana Hoosiers picked up another wide receiver from the transfer portal in DeQuece Carter from Fordham University. Carter is the second wide receiver to join the Hoosiers during the transfer visit window.
Carter arrived at Fordham in 2019 as a recruit out of Virginia. Over his four seasons, including an abbreviated COVID season in 2020-21, Carter climbed up the all-time Fordham lists for receiving yards and touchdowns.
He finished his career at Fordham with 3,035 yards and 31 touchdowns on 176 catches in 38 games played.
Carter is the fourth transfer commitment during the transfer visit window (1/4-1/9) and the second wide receiver in the group. Carter is a graduate transfer with one year of eligibility left.
