Hoosiers LB Cam Jones Selected for the Reese's Senior Bowl

Indiana linebacker Cam Jones was selected to play in the Reece’s Senior Bowl on Friday. He will represent the Hoosiers in the most prestigious postseason all-star game. Jones played in 47 games as a Hoosiers, however he missed the final seven games of the 2022 season.

Jones finished his IU career 208 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss and seven sacks. He also forced five fumbles, recovered two fumbles and intercepted two pass. The Tennessee native was also a two-year captain for the Hoosiers.

Jones is the 35th Hoosier to play in the Senior Bowl and the first since Dan Godsil in 2019.

The Reese’s Senior Bowl is widely regarded as the preeminent college football all-star game and the first stage in the NFL Draft process. The longest continual-running all-star game has taken place in Mobile, Alabama the past 73 years.  More than 900 NFL personnel, including key decision-makers from all 32 teams, and over 900 media members from around the country were credentialed last year. This past April, the game produced a record-tying 106 total picks for the second straight year, representing 40 percent of the entire NFL draft, including 45 of the top 100 players selected.
