Quarterback Jack Tuttle Enters the Transfer Portal

Tuttle Time is over in Bloomington as Jack Tuttle has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal according to 247 Sports. Tuttle had not seen any game time in 2022 during the Hoosiers 3-4 (1-2) season.

Tuttle came to the Hoosiers prior to the 2019 season by way of Utah. He was a four-star recruit out of California. Tuttle played in 14 games for the Hoosiers with four starts. He led IU to victory over Wisconsin in 2020.

This season Tuttle and Connor Bazelak were in a battle for the starting quarterback position. Bazelak won and has taken every snap since. Tuttle, however, was named team captain. According to multiple reports, Tuttle will stay with the team through the end of the 2022 season. He has one year of eligibility remaining.

The Hoosiers face Rutgers on the road on Saturday at noon.
