With the 2017 class nearly wrapped up, Tom Allen and the Indiana Hoosiers are getting a jump on the 2018 recruiting class with a commitment from safety Jordan Jusevitch from Lowell, Indiana. Jusevitch, out of Lowell Senior H.S. has offers from IU, Ball State, and Central Michigan. Indiana offered the defensive back in December and he was on campus for an unofficial visit in October.

In a statement released on Twitter Saturday night Jusevitch said, "First off I just want to thank my family for everything they have done to get me where I am today and helping me become the man that I am, second I want to thank my coaches for pushing me to be my best every day and preparing me for the next level. Most importantly I want to thank God for blessing me with the opportunity to play the greatest game ever of football. With a lot of thought and conversations with my coaches and family I know that this is the right choice for me. With that being said I want to finally thank Coach Allen and the rest of the coaching staff for giving me this opportunity to play my dream of Division I Football in the BIG 10, but I will be verbally committing to Indiana University to further my education and football career!!! GO HOOSIERS."
