BLOOMINGTON, IN - The Hoosier Ticket Project is excited to present the Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) Weekend at The Rock on September 9 and 10. The event is open to BBBS Bigs and Littles, their associated families, and all BBBS staff. BBBS branches from South-Central Indiana, Central Indiana, and Bartholomew County will be participating in the event.
Weekend at The Rock begins at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 9 with guided tours of Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall. All participants will receive a complimentary “Weekend at The Rock” t-shirt, courtesy of The Indiana Shop. The weekend resumes at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10 for the Indiana vs. Idaho football game.
The Hoosier Ticket Project is proud to announce that there are currently 120 BBBS Bigs and Littles, families, and staff signed up for the tours of Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall. 200 individuals are signed up to attend the game, including over 90 youth.
“Weekend at the Rock would not be possible without the generosity of both The Callahan Family Foundation and public contributions to our recent Giving Blitz,” said Josh Bruick, Chief Executive Officer. “We are incredibly grateful to the Callahan Family and to every single one of our donors for their support of our mission to help individuals and families experience Indiana University athletic events in person for the first time.”
Qualified non-BBBS affiliates may still request tickets for Indiana vs. Idaho at www.HoosierTicketProject.org/request.
