The Hoosiers closed out a great week in recruiting that saw three prospects commit to play for Indiana. On Sunday night Chris Green, a 3-star linebacker out of Ohio pledged to play for head coach Kevin Wilson.

Green, out of Central Catholic in Toledo, is ranked as the 48th best player in the state of Ohio by 247 Sports. He is listed as an inside linebacker and at 6 feet and 226 lbs. he has the body of a Big Ten defender. Linebackers coach William Inge, who has become one of the Hoosiers best recruiters, recruited Green. He was on campus this weekend for his official visit. Green had offers from Penn State, Cincinnati, Illinois, Georgia Tech, and Kentucky among several other schools. Green has 96 tackles, five sacks, and two forced fumbles as a sophomore in 2012.
