Countdown to IUFB Kickoff: 34 Days (Miles Marshall)

Miles Marshall (Freshmam)

Weight: 208 Pounds

Hometown: Lilburn, GA (Parkview)

Position: Wide Receiver

Marshall comes to Indiana after a record-setting senior season at Parkview which saw him made 73 catches for 1,118 yards and 15 touchdowns. He was a two-time all-region and all-county selection after it was all said and done in high school.

Marshall should have a good chance to see the field his freshman season in Bloomington, as the Hoosiers have some opportunities for incoming freshmen. If healthy the Hoosiers have a very good top four wide receivers, but after that the competition is wide open. Marshall will be in competition with fellow freshman Jacolby Hewitt as well as sophomore Ty Fryfogle. Walk-ons Chris Gajcak, David Felton and Justin Berry will also have their say in the rotation after getting plenty of work in spring practice.

Marshall’s biggest assest may be his size, as the Hoosiers need some lengthy depth at the position. He has put in the work during the summer with the Juggs machine and has posted some of his workouts on social media.
