The Indiana Hoosiers have finally received their first verbal commitment for the 2015 recruiting class.  Three Star offensive line man Simon Stepaniak is officially B-Town Bound according to his twitter account.  Stepaniak is the 78th ranked offensive tackle in the country and the 28th best overall player from the state of Ohio by 247 Sports.  The 6’4” 287lb tackle is from Hamilton, OH.  He also received offers from Penn State, Kentucky, Illinois, Cincinnati, and Minnesota among others.

Stepaniak committed to play for the Hoosiers after being on campus for an unofficial visit this weekend.  He will be able to develop and slide into the rotation behind Spriggs, Evans, and Eckert.  All of them will be juniors during the 2014 campaign.  This is a nice pick up for Kevin Wilson and hopefully this opens the flood gates for verbal commitments to Indiana for the 2015 class.
