Every female lawyer and law clerk in my office was cheering for Clancy, I just discovered. Weird.Mistrial.
Abolishing the 19th looks better and better each day, Brad. At this point, let the Muslims invade @jdb. They at least have the balls to put women back where they belong, barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen.

Acquittal was probably the correct decision, but not for the reasons those chicks likely think. Massachusetts law is essentially presumed insane until proven sane.
Lol nonsense. She had to not know what she was doing was wrong during the act. She knew what she was doing was clearly wrong. That's why she sent her husband away for fake errands. That's why she called him again during the murders and sent him on another fake errand. She knew what she was doing was wrong and he would stop her if she tried it while he was home.
Jury of 9/12 women? I'm going with 2 pussy-whipped men and one actually sane juror. So if I'm understanding correctly, one dude wanted to hang her and the rest bought the insanity defense.
I get requiring a unanimous jury for a guilty verdict, but something seems not right about one person preventing an acquittal.
Personally I agree but the one potential flaw in that argument is she botched her suicide attempt. Jumping off the second floor, landing on her head, breaking her neck and not dying?! Weak sauce. She knew what she was doing

There is also plenty of evidence that points to Clancy being in a state of psychosis. Are people capable of ordered thinking in some respects but not others during a state of psychosis? I don’t know the answer. I don’t even know if psychiatrists know the answer.
It’s not a very well fleshed out “science”.

Just add 50 years to the timeline for a woman to be elected president

Exactly. She was faking.
The prosecution introduced heart rate data from her Apple Watch to build a timeline.
I thought the data itself was actually pretty compelling for the defense. According to the prosecutions timeline, her heart rate never got above 57 bpm during the murders.
Now maybe that’s the anti-psychotics she was loaded up on, but I find it hard to believe that a person in a normal state of mind can strangle their three children without an elevated heart rate.
Do you think she faked her heart rate?

The one time I need you on my side you start citing Apple Watch pulse rates? Listen, Favre, I need you....no, the world needs you. This b#tch needs strung up in the town square. The Salem Witch Trials were (are) a necessary evil to keep them in line. Trust me, I don't want to do this. Nobody....and I mean nobody loves women more than me, but we can't let them get away with this sh#t. It's time to soldier up.
@snarlcakes I am sorry but I’m a sucker for the law. However inconvenient it may be and however much I may disagree with the law.
Derek Chauvin, Kyle Rittenhouse and Lindsay Clancy are innocent.
Jack Smith should be disbarred.
Dobbs was decided correctly. Obergefell incorrectly.
All these things are true by the letter of the law. Emotions be damned.

Emotions? You're the one touting the law. There is no law, it's just mob rules, same as it's always been. Chauvin is rotting in jail because the mob demanded it. O.J. walked because the mob demanded it. And this crazy chick will walk as well because the mob demanded it. If she was fat and ugly or a dude they'd be hanging from a tree already.

Wild chart if true.
@bradstevens or any other lawyers have data on this?
