I understand that, and I don't think twenty was disputing that it was bad policy. I think he was saying technically it was legal and every time someone tried to stop some bad policy, the court struck it down. So he was saying it wasn't "criminal" in a sense that Biden actually broke laws on the books and I think you're saying it was criminal in the sense that it was appallingly bad policy that ended up with people dead (and maybe in some just world would end up with Biden in prison, in your mind and I think is the way in which Kirk might have been using his treason comments).none of that bears on biden’s intentional act of openign the border and the needless suffering that ensued. could post day after day on nothing but crimes committed against americans by illegals
