Courts aren't designed for this. More mission creep in our institutions. Military becoming overseas nation builders and cops; teachers becoming social workers and therapists; jails and prisons becoming mental health institutions. Not good.

@bradstevens let them. i'm all for it. but not codifying 5,000 a month or whatever that absurd bill was that was designed to "remedy" biden's opening of the border. now the border is secure. the message has been sent. there aren't many attempts. so it isn't a hot button issue. ihope the legislature takes it up. and i hope they revise it in a meaningful way with tiers etc like other countries have
