In other contexts, it could mean something different. Dbm has many qualities, and you won't like to hear this, but some of Dbm's qualities are good. Ditto UncleMark, of course.
People aren't all one thing, Bulk. They have many facets. For example, one of my facets clearly rubs you the wrong way. I don't believe it's non responsive. We have certain immigration laws on the books. The Federal courts (up to the appeals level) have ruled that both Biden, and now Trump, aren't following the law by restricting asylum claims.
You were the one claiming that Biden was a criminal for his handling of the border.
Are we now a nation entirely beyond laws? Our immigration and specifically asylum laws are terrible. But they still exist and haven't ever been updated.

@mcm666 of course they are the result of the Trump policy changes. I'm saying that many of those policies may well not be found sustainable since they are a violation of US immigration law. How difficult is that for a lawyer to understand?
There is still ongoing litigation.... And as I've already referenced, the admin in the last month has had to halt deportations for those here under asylum cases.
