There is no evidence of financial corruption by Barack Obama either during or since his presidency. Examples of Trump corruption, on the other hand, could fill a book.

So, we are back to the "paying for influence" argument? This was already a relatively debunked argument when Republicans were screaming about Hunter Biden. Now we're moving on to Obama?
So, let's try to logic this one out.
The claim is that Barak Obama made a ton of money after his presidency because people were buying influence.
So....in 2017....when Obama left office.....and Donald Trump....the Republican president took over....along with his Republican Senate.....and the Republican House....and a Republican Supreme Court (granted after Kavanaugh), your argument is that people were lining up to throw money at Obama so that he could somehow influence government decisions? Bear in mind, this was at a time shortly after 2016 when Biden had declared he was NOT running for president (still in mourning for Beau Biden). So, what exact kind of power did Obama have over the federal government?
Even if you can somehow make that argument with a straight face, please enlighten us with what exactly, using specific examples of government policies, trade deals, contracts were reciprocated by Obama towards these benefactors. Specific examples. Not generic "liberal agenda" allegations. Quid Pro Quo. Show me where a specific organization gave money to Obama and that group benefitted by Obama telling .....Nancy Pelosi (I guess?) to do something that would benefit that organization.

The valuation of Vulcan Elements has increased from 200 million to 2 billion after the loan. While the exact investment amount that Donald Trump Jr has in the company is undisclosed, at the very least, he is likely to have made 10x the money from this investment. Donald Trump Jr. has a significant stake (300,000 shares) in Grabagun.com, an online retailer that will ship guns directly to buyers. A Trump Administration ATF proposal is pushing to revise the rules which currently require gun buyers to come to a store physically to pick up a gun and perform their background check in-person. If those rules are rescinded, Grabagun is expected to have a massive increase in sales and the company's stock has jumped 33% since the announcement of the proposal. (Trump Jr.’s new venture aims to sell firearms via the mail — and a proposed federal rule change could make that happen)
These are examples of Trump family corruption by using their office to enrich themselves. Please provide specific examples of how Obama did similar things. Please cite your resources.

And frankly, I think it is very possible for a former president to make that much money at speaking arrangements. Despite what you think of his policies, even the staunchiest of Republicans agree that Obama was a skilled orator.

A quick search indicates that two of their books, A promised land and Becoming have sold about 20 million copies combined. At $20 (average) a pop, it's nor unrealistic to say that at least $1 of profits go to them for 20 million bucks alone right there. And the publisher got something out of it, they got the other 380 million.
