This is actually bigoted. There is no proof that genetics and/or ethnicity has anything to do with IQ. It has way more to do with socioeconomic and environmental factors. A century ago Irish and Italian immigrants were illiterate and widely considered lower tier citizens that caused a lot trouble. Now look at us. F#&king geniuses, the lot of us.
There's a reason the Irish and Italians became Cops, firefighters, soldiers and laborers. Not that those aren't noble jobs, but they're a people built for grunt work.
