What's happening in that video? Whom is she talking to?
If I'm an owner, I want to understand my business. It's ultimately my job to evaluate the people I employ, so I want to have at least the baseline of knowledge necessary to grasp what I'm watching while doing it. I don't think it's outrageous at all to have, say, a liaison on the staff who's tasked with talking to me directly about actual football stuff if I have questions.
But I'm absolutely not going to put my nose in the actual game-planning or preparation, or start interrupting coaches at random to give them my two cents. That's going beyond what you'd even expect from a Jerry Jones or Al Davis type.
I don't think anyone asked the MAGA moron to be the head coach.
I don't have an issue unless she's actually telling the head coach what to do. We don't know what she is actually doing in the video other than being involved.

@bradstevens I think it would be a problem if she was meddling too. But from everything she's said, and others around the team have said.... She's just trying to continue to learn. I don't think it's a big deal.
