I cannot comment on the impact of these, but it wouldn't shock me. Lula is insanely corrupt. I learned that back in Brazil in 2010, when I heard firsthand how his government threatened business leaders (big energy, construction, and financial institutions, not some no-name family business). I am very surprised by how quickly the Bolsonaro family was accepted in so many forms of government. That seems incredibly egregious to me.
For example, can you imagine if Trump's kids were Senators? Or Biden's sons? I think we'd all be like - what the f?
